Jilyara Wines are located in Wilyabrup, Margaret River, with the original name of the property coming from Djilyaro, meaning Bees in the local Noongar language.
Bees are abundant and flourish in their vineyard, maintaining a healthy ecosystem, with their honeycomb homes located in each corner of the estate. Hence the name, Honeycomb Corner.
As described on the bottle, this 2022 Sauvignon Blanc has bright passionfruit, citrus flower and freshly cut herbal aromas. Juicy tropical fruits and a crunchy acidity fill the palate. 12.5% ABV/Vol
